Zero Tolerance Policy

Animate Social maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and any content that exploits, endangers, or sexualizes minors. Any content of this nature is immediately removed, the account is permanently banned, and the incident is reported to the appropriate legal authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

Preventative Measures

• AI-powered automated content scanning that detects and flags prohibited imagery before it reaches other users.
• Human moderation team that reviews flagged content and reports within 24 hours.
• Age verification requirements during account registration to limit access by minors.
• Community reporting tools accessible on every post, profile, and message thread.
• Regular safety audits of platform features to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Collaboration with law enforcement agencies and child safety organizations to remain compliant with all applicable laws.

How to Report

If you encounter any content or behavior that you believe involves the exploitation or endangerment of a child, please report it immediately using one of the following methods:

• Use the "Report" button available on any post, profile, or message within the app.
• Email us directly at contact@animate.social
• Report to the NCMEC CyberTipline at missingkids.org

Response Protocol

Upon receiving a report related to child safety, Animate Social will:

1. Immediately review and, if confirmed, remove the content.
2. Permanently disable the offending account.
3. Preserve all relevant evidence in accordance with applicable law.
4. Report the incident to NCMEC and, where required, to local law enforcement.
5. Cooperate fully with any subsequent legal investigation.
