Animate Social collects information provided by users (such as profile details, display name, and content), usage data, and device information to operate the Service, enforce safety, and comply with legal obligations.
We use personal information to provide and improve the Service, personalize content, communicate with users, enforce our policies, and protect the safety of our community.
Information may be shared with service providers, for legal compliance, or during a business transfer. Animate Social does not sell personal data to third parties.
Data is retained only as long as necessary for operational, safety, and legal purposes. Reasonable safeguards are used to protect information, though no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

You have the right to permanently delete your account and all associated personal data at any time. Account deletion is irreversible. You can delete your account in-app from the Profile page, or request deletion via the Contact Us page. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
Animate Social is strictly for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Any account associated with a user under 18 will be permanently removed.
Animate Social has zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Any involvement results in immediate account termination and reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement.
