Welcome to Animate Social ("Animate Social," "animate.social," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Animate Social website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and all associated policies, including the Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and Safety & Enforcement Policy.
Animate Social is strictly for users 18 years of age or older. Any account associated with a user under 18 will be permanently removed.
Animate Social is a social discovery platform for friendship, dating, community interaction, and permitted service transactions. Animate Social does not conduct background checks and does not guarantee user behavior.
Users retain ownership of their content. By using the Service, users grant Animate Social a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display content solely to operate, improve, and secure the Service.
Users may not harass, threaten, stalk, impersonate, scam, exploit, doxx others, circumvent safeguards, or engage in illegal activity.
Animate Social has zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Any involvement in CSAM results in immediate account termination and reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement. There is no appeal for CSAM enforcement.
Animate Social may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate policies or pose safety risks.
Users may report profiles, messages, or content that violate policies. Reports are confidential and prioritized.
Users must upload only content they own or have permission to use. Animate Social complies with DMCA takedown requirements.
You may permanently delete your account at any time in-app from the Profile page, or by contacting us. Deletion is irreversible and processed within 30 days.
